THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A DICTATORIAL RELIGION OF “DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVITY” (DEI) WHICH IS NEITHER

 

 

This religion is so totalitarian that it not only demands conformity regarding what you say but also what you believe and how you conduct your life.

You are required to believe as these institutions do or no job:

 

·       The scale of the resulting purge would make Stalin blush. Of 893 nominally qualified candidates, 679 were eliminated solely due to insufficiently woke diversity, equity, and inclusion statements. In other words, Berkeley used a political litmus test to eliminate over three-quarters of the applicant pool.

 

Consequently, it is no longer just a matter of the freedom of speech but also the freedom of thought and belief. What beliefs are being eliminated? The belief in equality and meritocracy – that one’s credentials, qualifications, and character should govern hiring. This also represents the elimination and marginalization of any dissent.

 

This assault is not limited to hiring. It even affects scientific research. An article entitled “Increasing Politicization and Homogeneity in Scientific Funding: An Analysis of NSF Grants, 1990-2020,” has found that the NSF the main governmental scientific grant distributing body in the United States, with an annual budget of over $8 billion, that the:

   

·       The frequency of documents containing highly politicized terms has been increasing consistently over the last three decades. As of 2020, 30.4% of all grants had one of the following politicized terms: “equity,” “diversity,” “inclusion,” “gender,” “marginalize,” “underrepresented,” or “disparity”…[Consequently] there is less diversity in the kinds of ideas that are getting funded…there has been a politicization of scientific funding…and a decrease in the diversity of ideas supported, indicating a possible decline in the quality of research and the potential for decreased trust towards scientific institutions among the general public. https://cspicenter.org/reports/increasing-politicization-and-homogeneity-in-scientific-funding-an-analysis-of-nsf-grants-1990-2020/

 

The more emphasis on DEI, the more political conformity, the less accountability, diversity of thought, and the less emphasis on quality. The more emphasis on sex, woke, and skin color, the less on qualifications and genuine science. There is also a strong likelihood that the research results will conform to political considerations.

It is argued that DEI is compassionate. It’s terms – diversity, equity, and inclusivity seem to be designed to elicit a sympathetic, although misleading, response. However, they represent the opposite of what they claim. DEI is almost a sure guarantee that any who dissent from this orthodoxy will be eliminated, while those who agree will be given a favored status.

However, any new ideal is promoted with deceptive but “compassionate” terminology. For example, “Critical Race Theory” is promoted with a term that is appealing to almost all of us – “anti-racism.” However, it is the ultimate expression of racism. Ibram X. Kendi, in How to Be an Anti-Racist, wrote:

 

·       “the only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination. The only remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination.”

 

What does this mean? Kendi gives us an example in his tweet about the relationship between Amy Coney Barrett, President Donald Trump's third Supreme Court appointee, and two of her seven children, who had been adopted from an orphanage in Haiti. Kendi said:

 

·       Some White colonizers 'adopted' Black children. They 'civilized' these 'savage' children in the 'superior' ways of White people, while using them as props in their lifelong pictures of denial, while cutting the biological parents of these children out of the picture of humanity. And whether this is Barrett or not is not the point. It is a belief too many White people have: if they have or adopt a child of color, then they can't be racist. (Wikipedia)

 

Whatever the white does is racist, whether good or bad. Is this an example of “anti-racism?” Hardly!

 

Take the “Equality ACT.” Sounds good, right? However, the “Equality Act” is actually an inequality act:

·       Where the original Civil Rights Act of 1964 furthered equality by ensuring that African-Americans had equal access to public accommodations and material goods, the Equality Act would further inequality by penalizing everyday Americans for their beliefs about marriage and biological sex.

 

For those who cannot compromise their freedom, this is an act that will exert severe, and maybe intolerable pressure on them, as many have already experienced by losing jobs, businesses, and protection against molestations:

·       The Equality Act would ultimately lead to the erasure of women by dismantling sex-specific facilities, sports, and other female-only spaces. The act has little, if anything, to do with equality but everything to do with coercion and division. Trans people can have their own unisex or trans bathrooms, locker rooms, and Olympics. This nation need not impose one secular religion on all. Instead, we can live comfortably with a true diversity of beliefs. A Jewish cakemaker need not be compelled to inscribe a cake to read, “Jews need another Holocaust.” There are many other cakemakers available to enable us to live in harmony with our neighbors, knowing that we will be free from unjust legal intrusions. Parents need not worry that their child will be removed from their homes for a “sex change,” as is now occurring.

Where are the rights for those who dissent from this imperialistic belief system? They are quickly disappearing. For one example, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland… has directed “the Federal Bureau of Investigation to convene meetings…regarding the “threat” posed by parents who are simply advocating for their children, effectively treating parents similarly to terrorists and other criminal enterprises.” Alliance Defending Freedom sent an open letter to Garland:

·       The impetus for this directive appears to be a letter sent to President Biden by the National School Board Association (NSBA). It seems likely that parents expressing such concerns will be treated as terrorists. If so, this is a clear indication that “free speech” only pertains to the group in power.

PROPAGANDA AND ORLANDO

Propaganda is the antithesis of balanced reporting. It only allows its “masses” to see a very limited perspective. A proven propagandist had therefore written:

·       The function of propaganda does not lie in the scientific training of the individual, but in calling the masses' attention to certain facts, processes, necessities, etc., whose significance is thus for the first time placed within their field of vision. (Adolph Hitler, Mein Kampf)

Our present-day progressive media and government greedily embrace this “wisdom”:

·       The lengths to which the Obama Administration is willing to go to extricate Omar Mateen’s killing spree from the motives he proclaimed to the police during 911 calls and to the world on social media are staggering. Today, for example, the Department of Justice announced that it is “scrubbing references of radical Islamic beliefs from the transcript calls Orlando terrorist Omar Mateen made to police during his massacre.” Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who responded to the terrorist shootings in San Bernardino by promising to prosecute “anti-Muslim speech,” informed NBC that, “What we’re not going to do is further proclaim this man’s pledges of allegiance to terrorist groups, and further his propaganda. The Obama administration has devoted itself to propaganda, molding public opinion in accordance with its own agenda, emphasizing the human rights of the Muslim at the expense of the rights of the innocent who should be protected against the Muslim.

·       The function of propaganda is, for example, not to weigh and ponder the rights of different people, but exclusively to emphasize the one right which it has set out to argue for. Its task is not to make an objective study of the truth, in so far as it favors the enemy, and then set it before the masses with academic fairness; its task is to serve our own right, always and unflinchingly. In accordance with this “wisdom,” the Obama administration has gone beyond simply a biased presentation of the facts. They are now rewriting the script. According to the new redacted script, which removed any references to Islam, Mateen proclaimed:

·       Praise be to God [not “Allah”], and prayers as well as peace be upon the prophet of…..

However, Mateen did not say “God” but “Allah.” Therefore, God is the problem and not Islamic Koranic-based faith. This is like going to a doctor who will only tell you that you have a virus and not Ebola. Had he stated “Ebola,” you could have been treated accordingly and probably successfully. However, if it is just labelled a “virus,” then treatment can take many different and inappropriate forms.

The Obama administration practice is clearly in harmony with Hitler:

·       The receptivity of the great masses is very limited, their intelligence is small, but their power of forgetting is enormous. In consequence of these facts, all effective propaganda must be limited to a very few points and must harp on these in slogans until the last member of the public understands what you want him to understand by your slogan. As soon as you sacrifice this slogan and try to be many-sided, the effect will piddle away, for the crowd can neither digest nor retain the material offered. In this way the result is weakened and in the end entirely cancelled out. (MK)

Likewise, the Obama team will only tell us about the innocent Muslims, who should not be victimized because of the many brutal Muslim attacks. However, they fail to tell us anything about Islam – their intention to impose sharia law and a worldwide Caliphate, even using the tactics of Boko Haram and ISIS, if necessary. They also fail to tip us off about Islamic history and its teachings, for example:

IMMIGRATION JIHAD: He who emigrates (from his home) in the Cause of Allah [Jihad], will find on earth many dwelling places and plenty to live by. And whosoever leaves his home as an emigrant unto Allah and His Messenger, and death overtakes him, his reward is then surely incumbent upon Allah. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. And when you (Muslims) travel in the land, there is no sin on you if you shorten your Salat (prayer) if you fear that the disbelievers may attack you, verily, the disbelievers are ever unto you open enemies. (Koran 4:100-101) 

WORLDWIDE CALIPHATE:

• “Make war on them until idolatry is no more and Allah’s religion (Islam) reigns supreme.” (Koran 8:37)

• “When the Sacred Months are over, kill those who ascribe partners [like Jesus] to God wheresoever ye find them; seize them, encompass them, and ambush them; then if they repent and observe prayer and pay the alms, let them go their way’.” (Koran 4:5)

• “…kill the disbelievers wherever we find them” (Koran 2:191) and “murder them and treat them harshly” (Koran 9:123), and “Strike off the heads of the disbelievers” (Koran 8:12, cp. 8:60).

If this is what their faith is about - and history confirms it - then we should expect to see many more San Bernardino’s, 9/11s, and Orlandos “until idolatry is no more and Allah’s religion reigns supreme.”

However, the Obama administration has even gone beyond the recommendations of Mein Kampf to actually change the transcript to change the ideas of the “great masses” whose “receptivity…is very limited, their intelligence is small, but their power of forgetting is enormous.” They are banking on the fact that what had apparently been Islamic violence committed in honor of Allah will soon be forgotten and that anyone who does a search regarding Islamic terror will only see references to “insanity,” “homophobia,” and “workplace violence.”

Evidently, this administration believes that our minds belong to them to be molded into compliant puppets to carry out a discredited and destructive progressive vision of a new world. And our power-elites – the media and universities – will not hold them accountable, since they too are progressives. We should call this oppressive concentration of power “tyranny” and not “democracy.”

TRUTH IS MURDERED AND NO ONE CARES

“Truth” is often no more than a tool to manipulate. In fact, people are no longer outraged by the distortion of the truth for propagandistic purposes. For instance, one church bulletin included “A Message from New York City Muslim Leaders,” reading:

·       “The Majlis condemns the horrific attacks in Paris over the weekend on Islamic grounds… Like natural disaster, terrorism does NOT DISCRIMINATE based on religion, race, gender or age whether perpetrated by a state, group or individual. The world witnessed this type of INDISCRIMINATE BLOODSHED last week not only in Paris but also in Beirut, Kenya, Iraq and other places around the world.”

On the contrary, the terror was Islamic, it was discriminate against non-Muslims, as even the assailants cried out “Allahu Akbar,” and it does “discriminate based on religion.” The recent examples of this are in the hundreds.

It would have been more reassuring if, instead, these Muslim leaders had said, “We grieve that these assaults have been conducted in the name of Islam,” but they wouldn’t admit even that much. Either way, this is consistent with their doctrine of “Taqiyya,” which authorizes the Muslim to deceive the infidel, even with false shows of friendship.

However, what is doubly troubling is this – that there are churches that show so little regard for the truth, that they are complicit in this very obvious deception.
